Step into Your Ocean State

Before you watch - sit with this for a moment:

 • Where in your life are you floating on the surface, instead of letting yourself go deep?

 • What’s a story you keep telling yourself about why you can’t rest, receive, or stop?

 • If you disappeared tomorrow, what would still feel undone?

Now watch the practice. Let your body move before your mind tries to understand.

Open yourself for breath, movement and softening into your natural flow.

...before you go back to your day

 • What did you notice in your body during the practice? Where did you feel stuck and where did something loosen?

 • Complete this sentence: I want to receive ___ without having to earn it.

 • Where in your business or life are you flowing out (pushing, proving, doing) when what you actually need is to flow in (receiving, resting, being)?

Take a moment to write down answers to the questions above.

My Story

There was a time in my life when, from the outside, everything looked successful — a business, a beautiful home, a life that seemed “good.” But inside, I felt constant tension, anxiety, and eventually panic attacks that slowly made my world smaller.

At one point, doctors found a small aneurysm in my brain and told me to avoid deep diving and high altitudes — the very things that made me feel most alive. Yet even through fear and uncertainty, I felt deeply called to the Ocean and freediving.

So I began searching for answers. Through years of mindset work, somatics, energetics, and body healing, I realized something life-changing: the mind and body are never separate. Healing didn’t happen through force, but through safety, awareness, and learning to trust myself again.

When I finally returned to the Ocean, it felt familiar — like coming home to a part of myself I had forgotten. Freediving didn’t heal me. It showed me what had been there all along: calm, trust, softness, and flow.

This method was born from that journey. And if something in you resonates with it, maybe a part of you is remembering too.
